LARRY KRIKORIAN

A Southern California native and resident of Manhattan Beach, Larry has spent his working life in the construction industry, bringing to the table over 45 years of experience. His finished product is a direct result of his passionate, hardworking approach.

He's built some of the Beach Cities most luxurious homes priding himself on his transparency and believing that his clients should feel well informed, at ease, and excited about the project at hand. Larry's knowledge of the local community allows him to listen to his clients and make recommendations that best meet their needs. Larry resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and two children.

TYLER KRIKORIAN

Bit by the curiosity bug at an early age, Tyler was quick to immerse himself in the family business. Growing up in Manhattan Beach, the sense of community and beach lifestyle was always at the forefront, and he soon realized building homes was a great way to allow others to write their own South Bay story. To that end, Tyler has spent the last 15 years in the family business gaining experience in every facet of the construction process.

Tyler's confidence and keen eye for detail are used to his advantage, insuring his projects are done the right way, with his customer’s best interests in mind. Tyler has managed some of the nicest high-end residential custom homes in the South Bay. Tyler holds a BA from UCLA where he was a member of the National Champion Men’s Water Polo program.

DAN BRONNER

Attention to detail is Dan’s forte. He takes tremendous pride in all aspects of the project and provides a “hands on” approach throughout the building process. Information is kept in a tight and efficient manner which enables transparency and alignment between the Owner, Architect, Designer, Contractor, and Subcontractors. Dan’s efforts are devoted to micro managing the delicate and fluid balance of time, cost and quality.

His ability to schedule, sequence, and execute on the most complex and detailed projects is a testament to his work ethic and honest approach. Dan resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and son.
